BC Healthcare is a social care recruitment agency (a good one), currently looking for someone excellent to manage a number of essential processes in our office in South Croydon.

You will need to be a confident person with excellent communication skills, highly-organised, efficient, and a strong team player.

We’re open minded about your background but it’s likely that you’ll have gained some administrative experience within a recruitment or HR team, or within a recruitment consultancy.

Given that much of your role will be spent liaising with candidates and the sales team, an ability to build relationships and communicate effectively is also essential.

Recruitment administrators provide a vital link between clients, candidates and the sales team. The role is demanding and diverse and involves:

  • identifying/creating social media content;
  • processing payroll, including identifying and resolving disputes;
  • resourcing (identifying) candidates for jobs;
  • using online advertising and social media to advertise positions, attracting candidates and building relationships with candidates and employers;
  • receiving and reviewing applications;
  • preparing (editing) CVs to forward to clients (accuracy and speed are crucial to this);
  • being responsible for all pre-employment checks (including; undertaking references, requesting DBS checks, coordinating contracts and all additional compliance checks);
  • managing and coordinating interviews for the sales team;
  • ensuring contracts are in place and updating the payroll database with new temp starters, as appropriate

You will need to have proven experience of:

  • administrative work in a busy environment;
  • working within a strongly customer-focused environment;
  • working efficiently whilst dealing with multiple priorities;
  • working in a demanding environment to meet deadlines
