Recruitment Resourcer / Booking Co-ordinator, Crawley

We are a growing team as such, we are looking for a highly organised and motivated full time Recruitment Co-ordinator / Resourcer. Your duties and responsibilities will include: * Advertising, database Searching, and following leads on referrals to attract high quality experienced staff for our clients (care assistants, support workers and nurses) * Working alongside the compliance team to ensure all candidates meet the astringent criteria set down * Taking bookings from our clients, and when necessary taking a proactive approach to ensuring Search have the best opportunities to fulfil orders (often at very short notice) * Working with the bank of staff to fill the vacancies, deal with queries, and provide employment support * Interviewing potential candidates for our bank and ensuring adherence to our exacting high standards and process * Proactively canvassing availability from our bank staff so as to ensure we can meet the needs of our clients As this will be a very busy desk and branch, we are looking for candidates who are highly organised and process driven, but also able to build relationships with workers and work quickly to ensure the best possible outcomes. Initially, you will be required to work flexibly to include on-call (out of office) cover, although this is subject to review as the desk develops. You will find that the majority of your day will be on the phone – talking to clients and candidates. No two days are the same and the variety and pace of the work will be exciting, challenging, yet highly rewarding!
