Junior Sales/Reporting Analyst Based: Sutton Salary: Competitive + comprehensive benefits package Lloyd Recruitment Services are delighted to have been asked to recruit for one of our most prestigious clients, a truly globally based and well respected organisation and a leading local employer, who seek a Junior Sales/Reporting Analyst to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with designated partners, monitoring their performance levels, assisting them when required and escalating any concerns to the relevant staff. The client is a highly reputed, extremely successful, globally renowned brand name with amazing offices in Surrey. You would be responsible for assisting the field staff in producing relevant performance reporting to ensure maximum performance, and for the first line performance monitoring of designated key partners. Providing a high standard of service to the clients in order to maximise volume and profitability from good quality retail business, responsibilities will also include providing remote coaching and training to the partners’ staff with our Point of Sales systems and establishing good working relationships with key sales staff. You would collate, analyse and produce performance information on a mutually agreed basis for each partner and compile Quarterly Reviews with designated partners and when necessary conduct these reviews remotely The candidate: The client seeks applications from those with previous experience within a corporate environment in an account management/analytical/support capacity, and with an intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (v-lookups, macros). Applicants will possess an excellent grasp of the English language, both written and spoken, and be confident when dealing with all levels of staff/management and external customers. It is essential that applicants have demonstrable experience of ability to analyse data trends. Any experience of coaching and training staff, and/or preparing and conducting performance reviews would be advantageous. Applicants must have a good standard of education, with strong grades in Maths and English, ideally educated to degree level, with a business related (not essential).
