Business Development Manager  – Automotive OEM’s, Milton Keynes

Business Development Manager – Automotive OEM’s Circa £40,000 basic dependent on experience with a further uncapped OTE of another £30,000 plus benefits package. Have you sold to or dealt with the Automotive OEM market? Our Client, the global leader with their ” go to market” proposition are looking for an outstanding Business Development Manager with a proven track record of high achievement to join their automotive devision. The most successful candidates in these business development roles are outgoing, glass is always half full, get it done and enjoy the ride individuals. Similarly, if you are an idea machine you will fit in well with our client. The brief • Aquire, manager and develop business within the Automotive OEM space, focusing on consulting & training around best practices and developing strong business relationships within the business hierarchy. • Manage personal workflow including setting goals, scheduling of calls and setting appointments. • Seamlessly collaborate with Onboarding Specialist (OS) and Account Executive (AE). • Recommend additional product solutions based on identified dealer needs and problems. • Obtain monthly revenue quota through upselling and cross-selling. • Monthly RMR growth of defined account base. • Manage daily account activity and results in Salesforce. Proactively identify account ?issues.?What Do You Need for Success? • Proven track record in Customer Success and Account Management. • History of exceeding a revenue based quota and delighting customers. • Understanding of web based selling, e-commerce, interactive advertising and marketing. • Comprehension of performance analytics. • Effective phone and face-to-face presence and professional, confidence-inspiring ?personality. • Powerful presentation skills and relationship building. • Strong work ethic with a strong desire to win. • Understanding of automobile OEM industry – highly preferred.
