Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, with company benefits including 20 days holiday and an extra day off for your birthday.

Netbox Recruitment Ltd are working in partnership with a commercially focused service provider who are looking to recruit an Occupational Health Administrator on a permanent basis.

This role will suit somebody who is confidant, enthusiastic and able to provide administrative support and co-ordinate the activity (diary management) for the Occupational Health Clinical Team based onsite, to include two Occupational Health Advisors, a Physician and a Physiotherapist.

The daily duties of this role will include:

• Working in a busy office environment ensuring service providers KPI’s are met.

• Providing excellent interpersonal and communication skills when meeting clients on a face to face basis or telephone.

• Using strong organisational skills to ensure that KPI’s are met alongside daily duties.

• Using outstanding attention to detail and accuracy when checking reports or managing referrals.

• Strong IT skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft office and a willingness to develop their IT skills further, becoming the department expert on the use of Cohort, the OH IT system (training will be provided on Cohort).

• Flexible and positive approach to work with a ‘can do’ attitude for the smooth running of the office.

• Being a team player, but able to work on their own initiative and be self-sufficient.

• Previous experience of working in a healthcare related role would be an advantage.
